田震

田震,男,199412月,内蒙古包头市,中共党员,工学博士现就职于内蒙古科技大学材料科学与工程学院。研究领域为新型、可同时制成具有相同组份的p型和n型热电材料,主要涉及相同组份热电材料的p-n转变机制及热电性能优化研究、热电器件界面材料制备研发及器件组装技术。目前在Chemical Engineering JournalMaterials Today ChemistryInorganic Chemistry FrontiersJournal of Materiomics等国内外高影响力期刊发表高水平10余篇,授权国家发明专利1项,软件著作权2项。

2012/09 – 2016/07,内蒙古工业大学冶金工程专业,学士;2017/09 – 2019/06 内蒙古科技大学材料工程硕士;

2021/03 – 2024/12 大连理工大学材料加工工程博士。

2024/12  至今,内蒙古科技大学,材料科学与工程学院从事科研教学工作
