王志刚,男,汉族,1987年9月生,中国共产党党员,内蒙古乌兰察布市人,工学博士,讲师,硕士研究生导师,内蒙古“青年科技英才支持计划”入选者,现就职于内蒙古科技大学材料与冶金学院,主要从事先进热障涂层/高强韧结构陶瓷材料设计与应用研究;主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、内蒙古自治区自然科学基金项目、其他横向课题和人才类项目等7项;在国际权威杂志Appl Surf Sci, J Am Ceram Soc,J Eur Ceram Soc和Ceram Int等发表SCI论文20余篇,获得授权国家发明专利5项,主讲本科专业必修课程《硅酸盐工业热工过程与设备》,本科专业选修课《结构陶瓷》等。
