张奇伟,男,河南商丘人,中共党员,博士,教授,硕士研究生导师。现任内蒙古科技大学材料与冶金学院教师,内蒙古自治区铁电新能源材料与器件重点实验室光-电功能材料方向负责人,先后荣获教育部“博士研究生学术新人奖”、内蒙古“优秀科技工作者”、内蒙古“草原英才”工程青年创新创业人才第一层次、内蒙古“青年科技英才领军人才”及内蒙古青年科技奖等称号。

3.研究方向、科研成果
主要研究领域为:无铅铁电、压电材料的电性能调控和光-电多功能特性研究。在同济大学攻读博士学位期间,获得“2011年教育部博士研究生学术新人奖”的资助。近年来,作为项目负责人,主持国家自然科学基金、中国博士后基金第七批特别资助和面上项目一等资助、省部级科研项目及清华大学新型陶瓷与精细工艺国家重点实验室开放基金等项目10余项。目前在ChemicalCommunications, ACS Appliedmaterials & interfaces, Journal of MaterialsChemistry C, Applied Physics Letters等SCI源期刊发表SCI研究论文60余篇。以第一作者或通讯作者发表50余篇(SCI)(一区SCI收录论文8篇,二区SCI论文20篇,影响因子>6的3篇,影响因子>5的8篇,总影响因子>100。
(1)光-机-电多功能材料研究
利用稀土元素或过渡元素作为敏化剂和结构改性剂,实现对材料结构相变的调控、电场作用下自发极化的易反转和相结构的易转变、以及对光致变色材料的可控荧光读出,将光致变色和光致发光两种物性完美的耦合在一起,实现了光致变色可控的荧光发射,获得循环稳定性,“写入”、“读出”、“擦除”性能优越的新型光信息存储材料,并构建发光和压电性能俱佳的新型光-机-电多功能材料。
(2)柔性高储能密度新材料研究
柔性高储能密度电容器的制备成为制约微电子器件向微型化、集成化及模块化应用的关键因素之一,在我国电力、混合动力汽车、脉冲功率技术等领域也有广泛应用,是目前大力发展的关键能源材料之一。而柔性高储能密度电容器的关键是寻求一种同时具有高介电常数、高储能密度、高储能效率及快速充放电、柔韧性好的新型信息功能介质材料。
