张建旗

张建旗博士,1982-1989年在北京科技大学物理化学系就学,1986和1989年分别获得材料科学学士和硕士学位。1989-1995年在北京航空材料研究院任工程师,1992年获航空航天部科技进步三等奖。1996年赴美国留学,在橡树岭国家实验室(Oak Ridge National Laboratory)从事美国能源部“世界先进涡轮发电机”研究工作,2001年获中央佛罗里达大学(University of CentralFlorida)材料科学与工程学博士学位。2001-2002年,在麻省理工学院(Massachusetts Institute of Technology)材料科学与工程学系与R. M. Latanision院士进行研究。2002-2004年与佛吉尼亚大学(University of Virginia)材料科学与工程学G. Zangari教授和东北大学(Northeastern University)化工系E. J. Podlaha教授开展“化学与电化学合成纳米稀土合金功能材料”的研究。2004-2006年在诺贝尔化学奖得主R. E. Smalley院士实验室与麻省理工学院化工系M. S. Strano教授和美国航天局A. Sacco教授开展“单壁碳纳米管及其生化武器传感器的研究”和“多壁碳纳米管阵列高分辨技术”的研究。留美十年期间,在“先进高温超强合金材料、腐蚀与防护、先进稀土纳米功能材料、电化学技术、碳纳米管高端生化功能器械、精细化学催化领域”培养博士与硕士40余人,发表国际专著4部、国际学术论文50多篇,国际大会特邀报告40余次,是美国自然科学基金、国际期刊和会议论文的评审专家,是国际材料研究学会、美国材料学会、国际电化学学会、美国化工学会、美国腐蚀工程师协会、国际纳米技术协会会员。

2006年由内蒙古科技大学特别引进,任材料与冶金学院特聘教授和国际合作交流中心主任。2008年列为自治区领导联系专家, 2012年获得中国侨界贡献奖-创新人才奖,是中国腐蚀与防护学会、中国稀土学会、中国颗粒学会、中国能源学会特邀理事,中国粉体工业年鉴特邀编委,国际学术论著期刊会议特邀专家和中国精品教材特邀主编。目前带领的创新团队由国内外知名院校和研究院的教授组成:包括美国佛吉尼亚大学、法国格里诺布尔大学、国家钢铁研究总院、中科院金属所、广州有色研究院、兵器工业部第五二研究所、兵器工业部内蒙古第一机械制造集团,构成国际化创新团队,主要研究领域包括解决极端自然环境下(天、空、海、陆、地)材料抵抗环境化学与机械作用的共性关键瓶颈问题,开展世界前沿新型稀土铝合金非晶态先进材料、加工制造技术与现代化装备的开发应用。

目前已经有4位学生获得美国前100名的著名大学全额资助攻读博士学位,8名研究生免费送到法国东巴黎-马恩河谷大学进行交换学习、9名学生免费赴蒙古国国立大学进行交换学习、数10名学生赴韩国、台湾、马来西亚、波兰等国家和地区学习。具有与全球含有美国、加拿大、法国、德国、英国、澳大利亚、韩国、台湾、蒙古国、俄罗斯、波兰等国家和地区的广泛合作。
